How to Install - Coming from NON ICS Rom

• Download Rom and latest Google Apps and enter recovery
• Wipe/Factory Reset
• Flash rom zip file
• Reboot...will hang on kernel splash screen
• Use three-button method to enter recovery mode
• Go to mounts and storage and format system, data, and cache
• Reflash rom
• Flash Gapps
• Reboot

How to Install - Coming from another ICS Rom

• Download Rom and latest Google Apps and enter recovery
• Wipe/Factory Reset (this not necessary if coming from previous Uni build)
• Wipe cache, Wipe Davlik Cache
• Flash rom zip file
• Flash Gapps
• Reboot

Known issues

• Dock not working
• Video recording choppy at 720res in high light...use 480
• Panorama mode on the camera is blurry
• Torch not working, flash better.
• Wifi and USB Tether not working

• Mirror III - Non-aroma

  7-5-12 Kernel Update (not included in above files, flash after flashing the ROM)
• Flashable Zip - Flash in Recovery
• Image for Kernel Flasher - Flash in Kernel Flasher such as SGS.
