    Mornin,
I thought I'd update my findings yet again with the "latest" info.

After running the UCLE2 modem for a day or so, the problem no sats/no lock returned. I did some more digging and found some had better results with the OG GB modem. I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it since I have a replacement waiting on my desk. It had been my experience that the problem would resurface after the phone sat idle for an indeterminate amount of time, like sitting on the charger over night.

    Enter UCLA1 modem.

I flashed it yesterday as last ditch effort to avoid the hassle of hacking another phone and restoring my original one, because I'm lazy like that and nothing is learned in that process. As of now, I've had a 100% success rate with UCLA1 and over night charging or leaving the phone idle.

I'll update this one more time for a final determination on my findings and hopefully to help others who are experiencing the same problems.

    Tx

thanks a ton for the update.
Hey auswims, I'm looking to flash that 15 toggles MOD on LF6 as well. Where can I get it? I keep going back and forth between AOSP and non-AOSP based ROMS and keep coming back to this because I value spen. The one thing I miss though is the toggle option which LF6 does not have. Would greatly appreciate it if you pointed me in the right direction. Thanks!

    Update today!
    Changelog to come later!
    A couple of quick things:
    1. Custom OC/UV kernel up to 1.83GHz (Don't use ondemandX it is unstable and I will remove that later)
    2. CRT Off animation
    3. Volume Wake (I will upload a revert for those that don't want volume wake later tonight)
    4. Removed CPU Tweak and replaced with CPU Master
    5. Yes you can upgrade from previous versions!
    6. If upgrading from previous version you will not get the new updated user apps this includes CPU Master. Go to Tools> Install Extra Default Apps *New*
    7. BLN support Get This App to Enable it
    8. More stuff I forget!

    Thanks and enjoy the ride!
I'm going on vacation in a few days so I won't be around to answer questions etc.
Also I will be updating AOSPxXx officially either late tonight or early tomorrow

Thanks for releasing a new rom for us to play with before you go on vacation. Always appreciate your work.
This download feels so slow. I can't wait to try out.

If for some reason you start having random reboots try one of the following kernels.
Standard UCLF6 Customized Kernel No OC/UV
    Or
My custom FJxXx v0.5 Kernel OC/UV (this one is a bit different from the one shipped still a work in progress)
ondemand governor seems to be the most stable. Honestly with all of the benchmarks floating around etc, mine really isn't scoring tremendously higher even overclocked to 1.83. Also regular performance is not noticeably different either. All that said, OC/UV kernels are very new on this device for ICS so expect so issues and instability when messing with governors and clock speeds. Personally I keep mine at 196/1512 and have no issues and runs fine.
